Hall of Fame Booster Resources

Dear Program Representative,

We are excited to include you and your group in our 2018 Canyon Hall of Fame Gala, and provide you an opportunity to raise extra funds for your organization! 

On March 23, 2019, the Canyon High School Foundation will be hosting the 6th Annual Hall of Fame to honor individuals for their contributions to Canyon High School, their communities, and their professions. This special event, highlighting the best of Canyon will be held at the DoubleTree Anaheim Resort, and will include dinner, induction ceremony, and silent and live auctions to raise funds in support of your activities. The CHSF proceeds from this event will benefit the CHS Gymnasium Renovation.

How can your group participate?

1. Email Amy Case to confirm your participation. 

2. Sell Tickets to the Hall of Fame! The more people who attend the event, the higher the sales for your organization. With your participation, we hope to have 250 people in attendance to bid on your baskets.

  • Regular Admission = $75  
  • Table of 10 $1,000 (includes 2 bottles of wine, premier location and name recognition in program)

Clubs with 76 + members

Sell 20 tickets = 100% profit from basket sales*

Clubs with 50 – 75 members

Sell 15 tickets = 100% profit from basket sales*

Clubs with 25 – 49 members

Sell 10 tickets = 100% profit from basket sales*

Clubs with 0 – 24 members

Sell 5 tickets = 100% profit from basket sales*

3. Solicit Live and Silent Auction Baskets (each valued > $200.00) Here are some successful ideas to ask your parents to help with. Do they work in a business that could give gift certificates or donate services? Do they have friends who do? Do they have tickets to sports or cultural events to donate? Do you know a professional athlete or performer who might be willing to spend a day with a fan? 

4. Email basket information, description, value, minimum reserve, org/booster club, donated by, and your contact info to Melanie Pollak 

5. Deliver auction baskets by March 4, 2019 to Melanie Pollak at 144 N Rose Blossom Ln, 92807.  Please email Melanie Pollak by 3/4/18 to make arrangements for delivery.
